| Incapacitate make a “no apologies” grind-core mess that mucks it up in the best kind of ways. This is wild-n-wooly stuff, so in your face that you can feel the spittle. There aren’t a lot of bells and whistles here. You get simple guitars and drums fronted by a scalding tirade that just rakes you over the coals. This has a bit of a “jr. level band” feel to it, and that’s OK. Jr. level grind-core is some of the best out there. This kind of thing is always best fresh. The freshness shows, and it shows in some really nice ways. There is no fear of diversity and “feeling around for your sound.” Hell, for all I know, these guys might have been around forever (and I may be full of shit). I’m just calling it like I hear it.
